Last night I had unprotected sex, I didn't ejaculate but I am worried that the girl I had sex with had aids or something and didn't tell me.
I know I am probably paranoid but I am so scared.
If she did have aids would I be able to get rid of it if I catch it in time?

No, there's a reason people are afraid of getting aids. You can't get rid of them. The best thing to do it go and get tested. If you don't have aids then it should scare you, so you don't just have sex with people that you don't know about.
