Love, money, still, him....Is, Lies.....I, logical




Question by Fast C: Money, Sex and Lies.....I Still Love him....Is it logical?

I was in a live-in relationship with my ex for 3 years, until about 2 months ago. While in the relationship, i helped him with a huge amount of money that he owed his parents. He cant be mine forever, coz he is of the same gender as I, and he is dating a girl now. About 10 days back, he turned up wanting to spend time with me. We spoke, he cried and did everything we used to do together during our relationship, except have sex. Next morning, I happened to read a message on his phone, which was dated 3 months before we broke off - from a girl, whom he is dating now, saying she loved the way he made love to her. I let it pass, coz we were no longer in a relationship but did tell him i knew he was cheating on me but he lied to me saying he hadnt. I have asked him for the money, which he says he will return by end of the month..He still wants to be friends. But I still love him despite everything. Trying to move on, but doesnt seem to work - he is on my mind all the time. What do I do?
I know his family and they know me quite well too. He will definitely have to return the money, coz i know he is scared that i might talk to his parents or his new gf about his past with me. Thats not the point....Point is - why did he come back to me again? He doesnt say he loves me anymore, but says we will always have our own time together and we will always be a part of each others lives. I am planning to marrying soon, so I dont want to get involved with anyone except from a long term point of view. Escapes me though, how do I get over my feelings for this guy, who has obviously moved on and once the money factor is dealt with.....would I even have anything else to speak to him about?
